There are conditions such as sexual addiction that a
therapist could indeed help with and you should investigate
this avenue. As noted too, will-power is certainly a big
part of it all.
But you need to consciously make a
choice, one which will reflect on your maturity and strength
of character. If you really want to be with just
woman, then be so. Decide if you want to trade a half-hour
of pleasure with another for the lifetime you seem to want
with her.
She will eventually find out about it, if she
doesn't already suspect or know. She might even forgive
once...but the second...the third...the fourth time????
Evenutally, she will toss you to the curb or decide two can
play that game. How would you feel if she indulged in a
little pay-back??? Or you came home to find your bags
packed on the front lawn and the locks changed??

didn't care, you wouldn't be posting for advice. Mine???
Unless you have an open relatonship, you are definitely
heading for some heartache. Get whatever help you need,
jack off 20 times a day if that works, but quit screwing
around, no matter what it takes. No one said being a
'one-woman' man would be easy, and it likely isn't..but only
you can make the choice to be so, to decide if that is what
you want, and make it happen.
